Terms of Service

By creating a ZeroPress account or using any ZeroPress service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ZeroPress is operated by ZeroPress ("Company", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all users, including trial users, paid subscribers, and account holders.

ZeroPress is a platform-as-a-service that deploys and manages blog infrastructure (Workers, D1 databases, R2 storage, Pages) on your Cloudflare account. You authorise ZeroPress to provision and manage these resources on your behalf.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One account per person; you may not share or transfer accounts

To use ZeroPress, you must authorise it to access your Cloudflare account via OAuth. By doing so:

• You grant ZeroPress permission to create, modify, and delete Workers, D1 databases, R2 buckets, KV namespaces, Pages projects, and DNS records on your account
• You can revoke this access at any time from your Cloudflare dashboard. Revoking access will prevent ZeroPress from managing your resources but will not delete them
• You remain responsible for your Cloudflare account usage and billing

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or conduct phishing attacks
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to ZeroPress systems or other users' accounts
• Abuse trial periods or circumvent billing
• Resell the Service without prior written consent

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

ZeroPress offers Free, Creator, Pro, and Agency plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds: we offer a 7-day refund on first-time purchases if the Service has not functioned as described. Contact support within 7 days of billing
• Downgrading or cancelling a plan takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Your content: you retain all ownership of blog posts, images, and other content you create. ZeroPress claims no intellectual property rights over your content.

Our software: ZeroPress source code, branding, and platform design are the intellectual property of the Company. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

We target 99.9% uptime for ZeroPress dashboard and API services. Your blog itself runs on Cloudflare's network, subject to Cloudflare's own SLA. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for Cloudflare outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroPress is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of data, revenue, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. On termination:

• Your ZeroPress account and associated data will be deleted
• Resources on your Cloudflare account remain intact and under your control

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
